Information the customer needs to know:

  • In order to provide security and protection to the buyer, we accept returns of items (except earrings, for hygiene reasons)
  • Feeling Sparkling does not take care of the costs related to returns.
  • Items must be returned with their labels.
  • The refund will be issued to the customer after receipt and analysis of the products.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
